What this website receives and records, how we use it, and what we don't. Effective September 19, 2026.

The quote tool

To receive quotes, the form gathers your gender, birth date, self-assessed health status, tobacco use, benefit amount, and term preference. These answers go to the quoting system run by the carriers to generate rates; this site doesn't retain them. Getting a quote doesn't require your name, mailing address, phone number or email. If you make the same request multiple times, a temporary cache may fulfill it from memory instead of calling the quoting system again.

Applying

When you move forward with an application, the details you already gave are used to populate the carriers' secure form, and you continue under that platform's privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), oversees the application process.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional phone number, how you want us to reply, what your message is about, and your question or comment. Your message gets delivered to the agency by email, with your email address as the return address. We don't save copies of messages, maintain a database of submissions, or log what you wrote. A brief fraud-check process runs in your web browser before the message is sent.

Measurement

This website tracks page views using first-party, cookieless analytics running on this same domain. We don't place cookies or unique identifiers; your IP address gets shortened before storage; referring URLs are stripped of query strings; raw logs get erased every 90 days. If your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, we don't measure you at all.

What we do not do

We never sell, share, or trade your personal information. No ad trackers run on this website, and we don't install third-party measurement tools. The only outside code is the carriers' application platform itself, which only loads if you navigate to the application page.
